Spatial live streaming

problem Live streaming simply did not exist on Apple Vision Pro. No pipeline, no player, no playbook for live 3D/180°/360° video on the platform.
action Led the technical architecture for live spatial video delivery and built the first prototype with zero prior Swift experience, then took it to production with multiple co-creators.

Psychotherapy practice platform

problem My wife's psychotherapy practice was capped at roughly 25 clients a month. Scheduling, payments, and growth all ran on manual effort.
action Built the booking system, session management, and growth infrastructure: tooling for the whole client lifecycle, SEO, and automation around it.
metric 25 to 420 clients/month in 12 months.
A 16x scale-up, still running in production.

Poland's largest Minecraft community

problem Poland's Minecraft scene was fragmented across short-lived servers with closed, commercial tooling and no durable home.
action Built and operate the community platform end to end: owner, DevOps, and plugin engineer. Wrote MCPL-Core, a 12,000+ line unified Java plugin ecosystem powering every server.
metric 600+ concurrent players across 5 servers.

problem Consumer EEG headbands like Muse lock your brain data inside vendor apps. No raw view, no events, no way to actually explore the signal.
action Built a real-time brain wave visualization desktop app: streaming signal processing, an event detection engine, and full localization, shipped cross-platform.

problem Crisis communication dies with the network. Everything assumes cloud infrastructure that fails exactly when people need to reach each other.
action Built an EU-sovereign decentralized mesh network: P2P communication over WiFi Direct and BLE with end-to-end encryption, offline-first by design.
