Primary storage runs in AWS region eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, Germany. Encrypted backups are replicated to OVHcloud in Warsaw, Poland. Both facilities are ISO 27001 certified.
No copy of your medical documents ever leaves the European Economic Area, including for support, analytics or AI features.
No. Documents are encrypted at rest and our staff has no day-to-day access to their contents. Production access requires a documented incident, two-person approval and leaves a permanent audit trail that is reviewed monthly.
When you contact support, the agent sees your account email, plan and error logs. Not your documents.
Yes. Renso sp. z o.o. is the data controller for your account data and a processor for documents you store. We support all RODO rights: access, rectification, export, restriction and erasure, each available directly from your account settings without emailing anyone.
Our Data Protection Officer is reachable at dpo@renso.pl. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
Deletion is immediate in live systems: documents, profiles, share codes and the emergency card stop existing the moment you confirm. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Then we send you a deletion confirmation, which is the last email you will ever get from us.
Codes like SAN-4K7X are single-purpose, scoped to the records you selected, and expire automatically (24 hours by default, 7 days maximum). Lookups are rate-limited and every successful access is logged with time and approximate location, visible in your account.
You can revoke any code instantly. A revoked or expired code shows the visitor nothing, not even your name.
Our terms guarantee a minimum 90-day wind-down notice with full self-service export (original files plus structured metadata) available the entire time. After the wind-down, all data is destroyed and the destruction is certified by an independent auditor.
